Competitions run via Tydecon Games' social media pages are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or the associated social media platform. You are providing your information to Tydecon Games and not to the social media platform. The information you provide will be used for this competition only and will not be shared with any other party outside of Tydecon Games.

Any person legally permitted to use a genuine account the social media site hosting the competition is eligible to enter our contests unless otherwise stated.

An individual may enter as many competitions, as many times, as they want but only one entry per person, per competition will be counted. Competition terms and what is required to constitute a valid entry will be outlined on the original social media post - however, if you would like any clarification of each individual competition’s terms, it is advised you communicate with us directly via this website, email or social media and we will clarify.

The closing date will be stated on the original post outlining the competition and the winner will be chosen at random unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to use the name of the entrant for the purposes of announcing the winner and we reserve the rights to change terms of competitions without advance notice.

The prize of each competition run will be stated on the original post. Tydecon Games will make every effort to ensure this prize is delivered. In the case of virtual prizes (such as product keys), we will ensure the communication is sent to the winning entry from the original account they had entered with. In the case of prizes that require postage, we will communicate using the entrants account to establish the best agreeable way to ensure the entrant can receive the prize. However, if we are not able to obtain a response and can not reach a conclusion on ensuring delivery of the prize from the entrant within 7 days, we will either withdraw the prize or choose a different entrant as the winner.

In instances in which the entrant declines the prize offered, we reserve the right to not offer a substitute and will either withdraw the prize or choose a different entrant as winner.

USE OF GAME FOOTAGE

Tydecon Games grants permission to, without prior notice, use and edit any legally obtained footage of any Tydecon Games products in media format (including but not limited to podcast, video or live stream) with intent of the user to profit through these media streams (including, but not limited to donations or advertising revenue) from said footage without having to attribute or contribute to Tydecon Games. It is preferred that you mention the product and Tydecon Games when using said footage however this is not necessary. Tydecon Games does not grant permission to illegally distribute any of our products or express/imply that you own any legal rights towards any of our products or represent Tydecon Games in any way without prior permission granted explicitly, in writing, from Tydecon Games.

Should aforementioned footage be of a product, partially or entirely, exclusively or non-exclusively, licenced from Tydecon Games’ to a separate commercial entity, and the licensee of said product holds their own terms and/or conditions in relation to use of game footage, the licensee’s terms and/or conditions in relation to footage of the product will take precedence over these terms. Please consult with the licensee in these instances as Tydecon Games does not hold any responsibility over the licensees individual terms and/or conditions.

WHAT WE COLLET
Tydecon Games itself will not knowingly collect any personal information in any of its products. In some instances you may be asked to provide a username or log-in to an external service connected with a product in order to store in-game data (such as high-score and achievement information), though this is optional and always stated beforehand.
Tydecon Games may collect your name and email address if you complete the form on the "Get in Touch" page on this website, this is only so that we can return your query - this information will not be stored or used for any other purposes

On this website, you may choose to not provide a real name when addressing us, this is acceptable as you will be addressed, unless told otherwise, by the name you have entered in the contact form.
